lighting is very hard to master but there a few things that you can do to make your photos better

if you want nice soft light you can use a diffuser or if you don't have one you can use a piece of paper to soften the light and make the photo warmer and smooth

the best type of light is sunlight light but sometimes to light is to harsh and so you use a reflector to get nice light onto a subject
