Unit 2 shapes and shadows

lighting can give emotion and feeling to photos and different lighting styles add different feels to the photo. The sun adds a nice smooth light to photos but on the other hand studio lights add harsh light to add sharp edges to photos.



The sun is coming from above and the camera is facing the sun to make the humans shadows




The sun is coming from the side creating a glare and giving the flowers an orange glow




The sun is behind the camera creating a nice shaded colour to the image





This time in is not natural light it is artificial light making one side of the body glow and the other darker and the light source is to the side of the camera




The artificial light source is coming from below the camera highlighting features of the face to give a scary appearance
